 Our
walking tours educate our visitors about the sequence of
events that form the food production chain that we describe
as "from cows to cheese". At our modern day dairy, learn
what a human's routine has to do with a cows diet, how a
dairy recycles commodities that would otherwise fill up
space, and how computer science helps us manage herd health!
The tour is completed with a lec'tour' which describes the
cheese making process, and where visitors may see some of
the actual details which bring our delicious cheeses to you!

We invite you to come for a visit. We offer year round tours
of Sweetwater Valley Farm by appointment, as well as regular
walking tours during the spring and summer months. School,
tour buses, civic groups and families are always welcome.
